what type of workout is it? there are 3 types of workouts —5-3-1 yoga, up-tempo mat pilates, and down-tempo mat pilates (with traditional pilates props). you can read more about the classes here. once or twice a week they’ll have a yin/sound bath class or deep stretch class. all classes are heated via infrared. consider wearing shorts, sport bras, or jumpsuits.

language? Nina’s class is taught in English. the rest are taught in Spanglish. in general, don’t let language be a barrier to attending. super easy to just follow along by looking at your neighbor.
